The way you fix this is to select the errant item, then go to edit, then the settings tab, then toggle (enable) "hide from navigation".
Images should only normally be in the folder with the item (such as blogs) or /images (like https://w3.rpgresearch.com/images), they should never be in the root of the website (like https://w3.rpgresearch.coim/image.png is not okay).
We don't recommend moving the images (unless they are violating the location rule above), because it my break pages that are linked to it elsewhere. Otherwise you will need to go back and fix any pages linking to that image if you move it.
