- Adventure Length: 2.25 to 3 hours
- Adventure Designer: Hawke Robinson
- Details: In early winter, Third Age 2958, a young couple are found nearly frozen to death in the snow near Woodmen's Hall. Before they perished, they begged that some heroes come to save their villages in The Angle on the other side of the Misty Mountains. They said orcs, wolves, and Trolls were raiding all of the villages in the area, one by one. The villages pooled all their resources together to offer bounties for the heads of these creatures. You are those heroes that have accepted their plea, but you must wait until early spring to cross over the dangerous pass of the Misty Mountains, into the wilds and barely settled lands south of The Trollshaws & Ettenmoors.
Game Description #4 - No Thank You Evil
The award-winning game that started it all! No Thank You, Evil! is tabletop
game of creative make-believe, adventure, and storytelling. In No Thank
You, Evil!, each player creates a character based on a couple of cool,
descriptive, imagination-firing traits. The Guide (a special role often
played by a parent or older sibling) presents a dilemma, and the players
set off on an adventure of the imagination. Along the way they use their
character’s special skills, companions, and equipment to overcome
obstacles—perhaps fighting a slime monster, winning over the suspicious
mayor, or beating a rabbit at a race.
Whereas conventional board games constrain players’ actions, No Thank You,
Evil! sets kids’ imaginations free: Their options are limited only by what
they can think up. Together, the players create a story as they work
together to make their way through the adventure!
