Remember that RPG Research is first and foremost a research organization. The community programs are meant to loop back into the body of knowledge to further the research within the scope of our Mission, Vision, and to improve our Impact, statements.
Due to overwhelming demand, and urgent need for administrative volunteers, and a warehouse space for all our equipment and studio, a lot of our programs are starting to be put on hold until we can catch up with training new staff. YOU CAN HELP.
For the sessions on hold, the reason for the hold is briefly listed as:

Staffing = Existing and new staff need to complete training to resume this program

Warehouse/Museum/Community-Center = Need dedicated larger space for this program to resume (our current 1,700 square feet is over packed with our current program materials, studios, museum collections, etc. We need minimum 2,000 to 4,000 square feet space, with 12' bay door for bus and trailers ASAP)

Finances = need more donations or grants to resume

Equipment = current equipment is damaged and needs repair, is not able to meet current demand, needs to be upgraded, or is lacking entirely and needs to be purchased.

Server = current server(s) overloaded, need additional server(s) to resume

Bandwidth = current Internet bandwidth overloaded, need additional bandwidth to resume

Scheduling = working out staff scheduling

Holiday/Breaks Calendar
Generally our best times for highest participant numbers and most available volunteers, are during the holidays and breaks from work and school.
This means we usually continue our programs on holidays. However, we do take breaks after major events (large conventions), and other times.
When we do take a break, we usually try to take the whole week off to reduce confusion. Here are the weeks RPG Research takes breaks.
Also note the special programs we run on what would be regular holidays.
