Ideas brainstorming for Edible RPG
From Elizabeth:
"it would be amazing if this happens.
Kits could potentially include
— cookie cutters in the shapes of NPCs and/or weapons, possibly with perforation to create (relatively) clean combat breakage lines. I would think these could be made with 3D printers since no heat exposure needed.
— royal icing powder and small amounts of food coloring, or little premade shelf-stable colored piping bags.
— paper stencils with suggested designs for decorating cookies to add personality, and instructions to gently poke through the lines with a toothpick or trace with gel and transfer. Could include a few toothpicks or thematically appropriate 3D-printed pokers
—alternately, pictures. Let Them Frost Freehand.
—gingerbread, sugar cookie, and shortbread recipes, with suggested flavor-adds. Or, for a very deluxe kit, cookie-in-a-mug type ingredient packs, though a) expensive, b) assembly issues c) shelf-stability issues
Probably *much* less of a market but just to skyball after midnight: cutters, royal icing, and candy for gingerbread castles, hovels, ships, etc. Or cake tins. For sieges and naval battles. I know there's at least one castle-shaped bundt pan out there."
