Greetings Everyone,

You may have gotten a similar message through our Odoo/ERP system, but some of our users haven't made the migration to our www.rpgresearch.com Odoo ERP server and are missing messages, so hopefully this fills the gaps.

IMPORTANT PLEASE EVERYONE READ!

Saturday Level 1-3 Training (7:30 am to 11:30 am PST8PDT)

The Saturday training is still on hold pending enough people (minimum 3) committed to attending this timeslot again. It was mostly created for our overseas and East Coast trainees. Due to unreliable attendance we suspended this slot pending commitments from sufficient trainees to warrant resuming it. When we do, we will begin with Session 1.

Saturday Archivists & RPG Museum Meeting (9:00 am to 10:00 am PST8PDT)

A few weeks ago, by request from our archives volunteers, we added a second Archivist slot, this is now on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:00 am weekly. This is in addition to the Sunday slot for now, but if all of the archivists move to Saturday, then we may suspend the Sunday meetings.

We _do_ have a meeting this Saturday November 21st, but do _not_ on November 28th due to the holiday break.

First & Third Saturday Drop In & RPG Open Play Session (Noon to 3:00 pm PST8PDT).

ASL Weekly Study Groups (Saturdays 3-4 pm & 4-5 pm PST8PDT).

The ASL weekly study groups are still on hold. It will likely be January before we resume them. We will announce when we have a new restart date.

Not streamed.

New Year's Eve PARANOIA Late Night Game Event

We are still planning to run our annual PARANOIA late night adventure, this December 31st 8:00 pm to 1+ am January 1st.

The more superstitious volunteers point out that we have run that every year except this year (2020 the year of the confirmed crit), and are pleading that we make sure we run it this year. :-)

We can handle a large group for this comedic game, so watch the Events page for sign up.

Note we are creeping up on 150 volunteers! We still REALLY NEED A VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR TO HELP MANAGE THIS! Please spread the word.

That's it for now. Thank you all so much for your time and support to help us do such amazing things helping improve lives around the world!
